Although some certezas to exist, not yet have consensus on all the abilities that are indispensable to the nurses. However, it lacks to the professionals to the awareness of its transforming potential to get success in the result of the given services. We need to invest in the development of essential and durable abilities, translated for the association of knowledge, abilities and atitudes20. Joint enters the Dimensions of Gerenciar and of Cuidar Many are the obstacles faced in daily of the nurse during the joint between the management and its activities of care. Authors tell that a trend exists to the bureaucratization of the process of work of the Nursing, considering that the nurses each time more assume attributions that surpass its abilities and as they move away them to consequncia from the direct assistance to cliente19,8,13,22. The performance of exclusively bureaucratic functions for a majority of the nurses comes generating quarrels in the profession, therefore the vision of the nurse who is in the management tends to value this action as an action that makes possible the care and the assistencialista and its team technique tend to menosprezar the activities gerenciais3. The avalanche of activities that are delegated the predominantly bureaucratic nurses, the distance of the assistance, the planning of the care and the supervision of the team. The removal of the nurse of the actions to the direct care to the customer brings as consequncia to the recognition lack of its work on the part of the clientele and of the proper team of health, it lacks to the nurse to acquire knowledge itself of its transforming potential, considering that by means of its process of work, can innovate the care and divide the work gerencial.
