May 14th, 2012Importance of the Assistance of Nursing to the carrying aged patient of ulcer for pressure: A revision of Literature I land on water Francisco Lopes Son Nurse. Summary the ulcer for pressure can be defined as a located injury of the skin, caused for the interruption of the sanguineous suppliment for the area, provoked for diverse factors as pressure, shear and friction, or the combination of these three factors, being also frequent factors in the aged population, mainly when they remain for long hospitalized periods. The general objective of this work was to carry through a revision of literature in the direction to evaluate the occurrence and the factors of risks of the ulcers for pressure in the aged ones through the relation enter the physiology of the skin and the ulcers for pressure, the identification of the predisponent conditions as well as the extrinsic and intrinsic factors of risk in the occurrence of these ulcers and the verification of the association between these conditions predisponers and the factors of risks in aged and also the assistance of nursing. One is about a study of revision of literature, carried through in electronic data base (Google and LILACS), extracted book use of the Library of the Natalense College for the Development of the Rio Grande of Norte (FARN), field research, not concluded, (Dr. Hospital Joo Axe), but that it was of much value, and other sources, having as published criterion of material inclusion between 1998 and July of 2009, periodic and book-text national. In investigated literature, in the aged ones, with predominant etria band from 60 years, normal considered physiological changes for the age happen, however it has factors that they can become them more vulnerable for the risk of integrity of the harmed skin, for being associates to the physiological instabilidades and the limited one and difficulty of mobility.
